• Drag & drop your file or click on browse button to select the file.
• On selecting the file, MD5 and SHA256 hash for the file will be displayed.
• Now click on 'VirusTotal Scan' to perform the scan
• After the successful scan, detailed VirusTotal report is displayed
If file is not found then error message is shown and you will be asked to upload the file manually.

How to Sending files to VirusTotal :
With VirusTotal uploader this task could not be easier, just right-click on the file you wish to upload and select the VirusTotal option from the Send To context menu:
You may also run VirusTotal uploader (by clicking on its desktop shortcut icon for example) and click on the Select file(s) and upload button. Even easier, just select the files you want to upload and drag them to VirusTotal Uploader's window.
