A handheld PC is a very small computer usually weighing less than a pound that you can hold comfortably in your hand or carry in a pocket. Palmtop is a hand sized computer. Palmtops have no keyboard but the screen serves both as an input and output device. Palmtops accept handwritten inputs using an electronic pen which can be used to write on a palmtop’s screen. It used as a mobile phone, fax and email purpose.
