- Press the Windows key on your keyboard and then type “Control panel” or You can right-click on the Start button and select Control Panel.

- Click System and Security

- Then Click Windows Firewall

- Click the Turn Windows Firewall on or off option.

- On the Customize Settings window, click the Turn off Windows Firewall radio buttons both under the Private network settings / Public network settings.  

- Click OK button.

Your Windows operating system’s built-in firewall should now be disabled.

Also you can hide icon and notification message go to  Action Center and then select hide icon and notification option to hide the notification. Notice you can also turn other system icons on or off as well.
